[amayausers] Response from Melco

Wow! Am I impressed with the upper echelon at Melco.  Within ten hours of my 
posting to the list John Payne from Melco called me and was very understanding 
about my situation.  He really does care about us!  It showed in everything 
he said. 
I know it is always a matter of getting to the right person but in my case I 
went to the highest level of people I knew without avail.  

John has renewed my faith in Melco!!!!!
