[amayausers] Quick Books question

For those that use Quick Books or something similar, do you enter each and 
every customer as their own account or do you have an account for General Sales.
My customer list is going to be HUGE if I enter each and every sale and create 
accounts for everybody that makes a purchase here.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
