[amayausers] Re: Questions about rollers

WE HAVE 2 MACHINES AND GO THRU ALOT OF ROLLERS. THEY SAY SOMETIMES IT'S NOT THE
ROLLERS, BUT WHEN YOU HAVE THREAD BREAKS AND CHANGE THE ROLLER AND THE BREAKS
QUIT, I FEEL IT'S THE ROLLER. WE GOT THE NEW ROLLERS AND RED WHEELS AND
SWITCHED THEM ALL BUT HAD MORE PROBLEMS THEN BEFORE SO WE SWITCHED BACK TO THE
OLD ONES. WE WERE TOLD THAT WE MAY BE RUNNING THE MATERIAL THICKNESS AT THE
WRONG NUMBER, BUT OUR MACHINES ARE NOT REAL CONSISTANT. A T SHIRT IS USUALLY A
4 OR 5, BUT YESTERDAY I HAD TO RUN A HEAVY CANVAS BAG AT A 4. THERE IS NO
COMPARISON TO THE THICKNESS OF THESE 2 ITEMS. SOMETIMES I JUST GO CRAZY!!!

  Subject: [amayausers] Questions about rollers

  Hi,

I was wondering how many rollers you use. I've been using the machine pretty
heavily in the last couple of months. I use primarily 5 colors. In the last 6
weeks I've used 30 rollers. Is that normal, one roller per color per week?
I've done approximately 7,000,000 stitches in the last 2 months.

I've started ordering them in lots of 100.

  Derise
