I think it has something to do with the design filter. The AMAYA OS filters
some of the stitches as per the setting you have in the AMAYA OS. The
design should show the same size in Design Shop and in AMAYA OS, and should
be exactly the size it sews as well, with a little give and take due to
fabric pull.
