Lou, Do you have the tensioner? It is an extra piece my tech recommended, I ordered one from melco, but haven't tried it yet. The tech swore by it. Its about $50. I should be trying mine when I get back from DC. I'll let you know. Its suppose to keep the hat from slipping. Vicki
