I have been using the conventional frames for 4 or 5 years now and for me
they work way better than the WACF. Is the design you are sewing setup for
caps? Make sure you are hooping the hat nice and snug and if the cap won't
get snug then maybe the frame is out of adjustment. Sometimes they need to
be bent into the right shape to hold the cap tight.
