Are you supplying the cap? If so, what is your wholesale cost (also include 
your shipping cost)?

Is the whole design in metallic thread?

If I were selling this cap, I double the ws cost of cap (min. $5) plus $9 for 
the embroidery (reg thread; metallic would carry a higher cost due to more 
breakage, expense and slower machine speed. I would discount the cap cost 10% 
(dozen discount; next discount is case). I might up the discount to 20% for a 
special customer. I don't discount embroidery for less than 72 pieces.
