Rod,
Ref: #1 Big Red
When she was changing colors something in there hit, and it was hard enough
that it raised the entire head off track and moved my entire machine. I don't
know if the presser foot hitting the needles broke something off behind there?
Or what really happened behind that head, I can't really see anything. But, it
will not move! It jumped off center and we lined it back up with the presser
foot, but when you turn it on it sounds like it's tring to move but can't and I
don't want to burn a motor up. So, we shut her down and she will just have to
wait till I can get a tech again. We bought the two big reds used and one new
xt. In the last six months we've spent over $2000.00 on tech not to mention
buying two new z motors, two new main circuit boards, and some sensors.
previous owners never had a problem. Anyway, the last tech was here for two
days and went over them top to bottom. I was really hoping not to see them for
a while. But, at this point I just can't afford to see them. T
he embroidery business is breaking me. Anyway #1 will just have to sit for a
while till I can get a tech unless you know a soloution. And I would gladly
take any advice your willing to offer. Thanks for helping with the other one. I
need at least to running to complete my orders. Have a good day and again
thanks for all your help.
