Rather than finding the pre-made patches and trying to line the design up and
sew on them why not just get the patch material, sew the design and sew a walk
stitch outline in the shape you want the patch around the design and then send
to off to have the border (merrow) done. I do this for my patches and its way
easier than sewing on pre-made patches.
