[amayausers] PVC

I have a customer who wants a logo and name on some polyester reinforced PVC 
raincoats.   Does anyone have any experience with this type of rubbery 
material.   I would think there would be elongated needle holes along the outer 
edges of the design and lettering.   If it can be done, I'm sure the back would 
have to be sealed with something.
Any feedback will be appreciated.
