thank you for the responses have tried them all and now have noticed,,,when i
thread on on upper wheel,,putting the thread under the red wheels and then push
down the black latch on the wheel i am still able to pull the thread
through,,,,was not able to do that before,,suppose to have a little tight tug
to it right??? i did take all the rollers off the top about 2 weeks ago and
clean them and they are all put back like before,,,did i do something wrong?
the black latch looks to be down tight ontop of the thread!!!!!
