What color are the thread feed rollers. The pinch rollers will be red but if
you have black rubber on your threadfeed rollers they probably need replaced
with the newer upgraded version.
The first upgraded threadfeed rollers were yellow in color and were very good.
I now see that the color has gone to a more transparent clear color. The yellow
ones and now clear ones pretty much wear like iron.....the black ones
grooved/cut and or wore out very quickly for the most part.
As FME540 said....check the fit of the roller cover carefully. If it is not
snapped in place correctly, it will hold the two rollers apart.....
