Contact Melco at the 800 number and request a catalog. Anything that isn't on the web site can usually be found there. If not, the person on the other end of the line can help determine what you need based on the model number of your machine. If it's parts, there should have been a CD that came with the starter pack for your machine.

As far as accessing the site, I just did using Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Foxfire.
