:The front design will not be affected by the heat as it's not
:in direct contact with the upper platen where the heat is.
:You should have gotten a 'pillow' with your machine and if not
:you need one. This pillow can be put inside the shirt so your
:numbers will not pick up the neckline print of the front of
:the shirt. You will learn this...try a few tests. The pillow
:will also help keep the heat away from the front design.
Thanks. We didn't get a pillow (can someone show me what one looks like
online... Can't find one)... I'll be talking to the folks at
phoenixheatpress.com today. We got the 16x20. It says it's made by stahls
and was pretty reasonably priced at ISS.
:make sure you don't forget to cover the transfer and the
:numbers when you are doing the job with the teflon sheet that
:comes with it as it's 'heck' trying to scrape the design off
:the hot platen!
Ok, in the kit we got from transfer express, I didn't see a teflon sheet.
Maybe I missed it. So you need something on top of the paper that has the
transfer? I guess one good think is the heat platen is teflon coated ;) but
I still don't want to do any scraping.
Appreciate the tips!
John
