Lisa,
Send me the original file as well as the enlarged saved file you are trying
to stitch out and I will see what I can do for you. It appears to just be a
density, pull comp problem created by over enlargement of the design in
combination with the type of fabric.

Sharon failed to ask what speed(s) you are sewing this design at..poly
thread, rayon thread??
