I'm stitching out Cheerleader jackets made of Polyester shell and a thin
cotton liner.  The design stitched perfectly on backing but when I stitched
on the jacket it pulled.  Put a pucker in the jacket and did not outline
properly.  Material thickness is set at 4

Any Suggestions?
