[amayausers] Re: Nu-Fit Caps

Evelyn,
I sewed 48 of those last year and said never again. I had to move the design 
up about 3/8 inch from where I would normally sew it, slow the machine down 
to 800 spm to get them done. My problem was getting them hooped tightly 
enough to eliminate flagging. Where in the design are you breaking needles? 
If close to the bill, try bending the bill back towards the cap after you 
hoop it. This may let the bottom of the cap lay down closer to the needle 
plate. Give us more info, one of the GURU'S may be able to assist.
