I believe you do it the same as using stitch saver or doing applique...
you have an 'outline' running stitch about 5% inside the cut size of
the patch
or whatever-and a 'pause'.
Run the outline, pause, set your patch in place on the nice 'lineup'
you have
then continue on sewing and it will all line up perfect.
I'm pretty sure if you buy tackle twill lettering from Stahls they
have the
file preset for whatever you buy and you just run it.
