[amayausers] Re: New To The Amaya - Frustrated

Dear John,

You sound just like me and my husband when we got ours. We sold our
emt-10-t and bought 3 amaya's. There is a major learning curve with these
machines. You have to relearn everything about the way the tension works
and the material thickness. Melco sent a tech. to stay with us for 3 days
and we have not slowed down yet. before that we couldn't get the things to
sew! You call and complain and Melco will send a tech for you. Take a deep
breath and relax. Your investment was not in vain. The speed and quaility
these machines put out are right there with any of the top commerical
machines... if not better. Oh it helps to say a prayer!

Things will get better.
