[amayausers] New Software

Well we received our new software version 4.02.041 and the outlook looks great, 
the machine sounded fine, UNTIL we broke the pressure foot assembly and it went 
BANG...so now waiting on parts.
My QUESTION to the group, we loaded the design in design shop and then loaded 
it to the AMAYA software, where before we were able to load it from the DESIGN 
shop, is this the new way of loading it?

ALSO, when we set the material thickness at 4 for denim after each color change 
it went back to 1 for material thickness....this has to be a flaw....

Anyone else having trouble?
