Idecided to take a break, went to dinner, watched a movie and then checked my email. All I can say is 1) It awful getting old and forgetful and 2)I guess I can never take a week off again. Special thanks to Brad at Avalon. Your suggestions were not the answer but turned a light back on in my brain which made me realize what was wrong,. I had forgotten that the last thing I did was experiment with some puffy foam, not the dickies shirts. My entire problem was I forgot to check the pressure foot height. It was still set for the puffy foam. So needless to say it was way to high. I feel like such an idiot. Thanks again to everyone. Don't know what I'd do without this forum to turn to.
