A week ago I sewed out 28 shirtbacks at 46k per shirt, plus names on fronts
with zero problems.

Upon finishing, shutdown the machine and had not sewn anything since. At the
end of the run I got the message that the 2mil sititch maintenance was due. So
today, I took all the yellow and red rollers out, cleaned and greased
everything. Put it all back together and have not been able to sew anything
yet.

I generally use auto acti-feed and it works great. But I watch it now and it's
setting itself to between 1 and 4, mostly 1 and I'm sewing on pique knit. So I
changed it to standard and set it to 5. Iwill now sew approx 1500 stitches
before it shreds thread or POPs and breaks. It also broke a needle.

I took the Rotary hook cover off and check for lint etc, not bad, but cleaned
it anyway, put every thing back together. Had already oiled the rotary hook
1st thing today. Still no luck.

I have not had this problem since I first got the machine. It took forever
then to get it to sew smooth and needless to say, I can't remember what I did
to change it. As I recall, it just seemed to start running better.

And yes, I have checked all the needle positions.

Sorry this is so long, just trying to provide as much info as possible. I also
reverted to a design that has sewn extremely well on pique knit in the past and
it won't sew either.

Suggestions please! Could this happen if I got too much emb polymer on the
yellow rollers? What could be causing it?
