[amayausers] Re: New Amaya questions

Wendy,
Have no fear! I never used a commercial machine
before. And I was able to take delivery, read the
manual, set up the OS and start doing stitchouts the
next day. I am not scheduled for training until
January, and am able to use the machine comfortably at
this point (one month later). And have sold several
dozen hats and shirts. So give it a try. You may be
pleasantly surprised.

I did read in the manual that you should not operate
your OS on the same computer as the Design Shop.
Think that is because of the amount of resources
Design Shop needs. I do not use Design Shop, I use
the Bernina Artista software as my digitizing software
so I can't speak from experience there.

Good luck,
