I have done several wedding handkerchiefs and used a 6.5 density. Didn't
have any problems.

Sharon,
I tried to do some wedding hankies a while back...STRUGGLE...Later I read
someplace that the trick was density...the fabric weave is very tight and
does not need as much as one would think..Don't know if this will help but
may be worth a try...suggested on the hankies was a 6..Let us know if you
make it happen
Regards,
Herb
