[amayausers] Need digitizing help with shadowing

I digitized a logo with a letter and shadowing and when I stitch it on
poplin material, it turns out ok.  But when I stitch the same thing on pique
shirt with solvy, it is breaking apart at the place where the shadow and the
letter intersect.  I do have enough of one color overlapping on the other.  

Does anybody have any solutions or have a minute to take a look at it.
