I have been doing LOTS of hooded sweathirts for different teams.  I often
use Dakota Collectibles with the team name arced in BOFFO DAK  (only problem
is that there is occasional raveling in some of the letters).  I use Brody
Script and write the name underneath the design all on left chest.  Looks
great and allows you to do one hoop (18 cm) (saving time).  I have done two
team orders soccer/baseball with left chest design and name/# on right
chest.  If you do this be sure to make it clear that this will be an
additional charge ($3-$6) to get adequate compensation for your time/work.
I am relatively new at this business (6 months) but hope this helps some!
