Thanks, Dorothy!  The Las Vegas show is closer to us, wish we could take enough 
time off to attend them both (as well as Disneyland!).

I've had a home machine about 4 years, so I do have some experience with 
embroidery.  We purchased a reburbished Amaya last February - and I have done 
some projects.  I still need to learn editing and adjusting design files, and 
troubleshooting those pesky issues like thread breaks, stepper off index 
messages, and such.  

The technicians at Melco have been great to walk me through some things though, 
and I have Brad, a tech from Utah coming in a week or so to fix some problems 
I'm experiencing.

Hummm, I didn't realize there was Amaya training available in So. California.  
I'll have to check and see what's scheduled.  I know my family would love to 
get out of the cold, snowy weather for a few days!  

Have you attended the ISS show in Long Beach before?  Maybe, we'll see you 
there.  Hope your daughter has a happy b-day!  Thanks again, Laura
