You can hoop it, with stabilizer and sticky spray.  Dray a straight line on 
your stabilizer, spray with sticky spray, lay ribbon along line, and line it up 
straight across your hoop.  Works like a charm if your don't have clamps or 
fast frames.  HTH, Judy
