Try density at 3.2 and then check auto-density.
Drop your pull comp from 2 pt to 1pt.
Also, check your stitch length, and try 20pt.
Check your bobbin, and your presser foot.
I would at least have a center walk underlay at 20pt as well. Hope this helps
some. For the lettering that is 1-inch, use a zigzag underlay.
