650 may be a bit slow but if that's where you are comfortable I don't see it
causing problems. I ran the fleece at 1000 and didn't have any issues. Try
loosening up your density .2 or.3. It may be the thread is just a tick too
close together. If you want to send the design I would be happy to look at
it.
