Two of my three Amayas are sewing just fine. However, the third one just does not want to behave. I started to sew the AMPASS06F.OFM design and was getting so many thread breaks and missed trims that I stopped after the small alphabet. I went through the procedure in the manual to check the timing and everything seems good "to me". I don't know what else I can do before bringing in Hugo. Any thoughts from the techies? Thanks.
