Hi Ed. Thanks for replying. The soccer jersey was a youth and the neck pulled
somehow into the rotary hook/bobbin area. Last night when I began this process
I was stressed so I thought I would just start fresh this morning. I turned my
computer off and pushed in my E Stop until this morning. My machine does
initialize with the computer RSA little clock, etc. Got my OS on and then
turned on machine. I have talked many times with Melco and after they sent me
the instructions on inspecting and resetting my timing, that's about all I've
gotten from them other than saying don't spend a lot of time on this, call a
tech. In an effort of trying to set the timing, I click on head up and I get
"color change stepper index error - off index while sewing." Therefore,
without the machine allowing me to do head up or bottom center, I can't
continue with the timing. I have deleted the jobs and machines and then turned
everything back on, as suggested by Melco. Still same message. I
would love to speak with anyone. I can be reached at 615-260-0240 or I will
be glad to call you if you'll give your number. Thanks for any assistance.
