Hi, All,
We're two weeks with our first machine, working out of my dining room.
We're still working on "little things" like how to price, where to buy
inventory, how to use the Amaya. You know. "Little things". None of us
(it's a family thang) have quit our 'day' jobs. We are mighty excited as
we begin this adventure and are still at the phase when we celebrate when a
design is loaded onto the machine successfully. Do you all remember that
feeling?
I don't know that the information that we are working out of our home is
helpful to you or not. We are delighted that this group exists and will
continue to lurk to learn and maybe ask for help now and again. Thanks for
being there!

Please respond to
amayausers
I would be interested in how many of you on this list are currently working
out of a retail/business type location
or how many are home based business,
We have been custom screen printers for 16 years and been out of the
garage, for 12 years now.
so when we bought the embroidery business 3 years ago, we had a great deal
of overhead to contend with.
It would be nice to temper conversations on pricing and other issues, by
knowing who's working with a higher
overhead cost.
Thanks to all who take the time to comment.
Sincerely, Ron Vinyard
