Dianne,
I'm assuming you're talking about Major League Baseball? If so, I think you
wouldn't embroider any of their logos without their written permission. Even
if someone else has the design and persmission to sew it, that permission
would not transfer to you in a purchase of the design. Something I've
learned via the other embroidery mailing lists. Probably not what you wanted
to hear but I wouldn't want to test this one out legally.
