Depending on your stitch count and density
Use a 2-3 oz "wet laid" non directional, soft, dense , non woven cutaway - one
layer
Hoop it tight but not too tight
Do NOT overstretch the material
The stabilizer will not give - therefore causing puckering
So do NOT hoop too tight.
