None of them offer 'double' sewn flags but I have never asked to see if they would-but with a heavy duty sewing machine it wouldn't be hard to sew them together yourself-if possible get the blanks WITHOUT the grommets so you don't have to take them out of the 'backing' flag before you sew it together. We opened up the entire end hem when we did a double flag job-removed the quad fold of material and grommets by cutting the overlap back, leaving enough material to sew right to the reinforced hem of the front flag. Then sew all around the edges.
