I use Eder Flag, Napco, and Nabco (yup-even their catalogs are
similar...probably a former employee of Nabco decided to go into competition)
for my preprinted and blank flags.
None of them offer 'double' sewn flags but I have never asked to see if they
would-but with a heavy duty sewing machine it wouldn't be hard to sew them
together yourself-if possible get the blanks WITHOUT the grommets so you don't
have to take them out of the 'backing' flag before you sew it together.
We opened up the entire end hem when we did a double flag job-removed the quad
fold of material and grommets by cutting the overlap back, leaving enough
material to sew right to the reinforced hem of the front flag. Then sew all
around the edges. It makes for a heavy flag-won't flap as nice-but if that's
what they want....
