[amayausers] Re: Logo Help

David: These logos are all cute and neat, but I have a few questions
for you that you may want to consider, or you may have and if so, forget
my question...

What do you want your logo to say?
What kind of statement does it need to make?
What does Ballyhoo mean to you?
Can that be put into a logo?
Does it define your business?
Do these logos point to what you do, or away from it?
I also am not sure that any of these fit your business, but I don't know
what you are, or what you represent outside of your notations on the web
site, but from what I see there, a t-shirt logo wouldn't encompass your
business. What kind of statement does "Products with Identity" say
clearly to the public?

As I said, you may have already taken into account all of these things,
and if so, please disregard my ramblings. However, It seems from your
wording that you are a little unsure of the direction you need to go.
These may help to narrow that down for you. Good luck in your process
to develop a logo.

I have been trying to come up with a logo for my business, Ballyhoo!.
Currently I am working with a firm that agreed to swap embroidered goods
for
logo work up. They have submitted several ideas, but I am not sure
about
any of them. If any of the creative people out there have a few minutes
to
look, they are on my website [ www.ballyhoostore.com ]. Click on
"logos" on
the bottom right to see the samples. Any comments or suggestions would
be
greatly appreciated.
