[amayausers] John Banks

We are sending this to the group because we do not have John Banks e-mail 
address. This problem started happening after we loaded the new software 
release 
about 60 days ago. We remember that John addressed this issue before and hope 
he can help or that someone on the list can help. Our machine is acting crazy. 
It is changing speed and material thickness at each color change. We have the 
setting at 6 and 1000 and when it changes colors it changes to 35 and 1500. 
Please if anyone can help let us know. So far we have destroyed
2 polo shirts and three hats. Also, does anyone have the problem of excessive 
 false thread
breaks when sewing non hats. We have turned off bobbin break detection off 
for everything we sew now because of this. A fix for this would also be nice.
