John,
Sharon and I use this product. If for example while trimming thread on knit
material, you get a little bit clip happy, Frey Check will stop the knit
from unraveling. It works well when a satin stitch doesn't tie off properly
or becomes broken/frayed , etc,etc.

Use it sparingly and from the backside of the design when possible. I have
had occassions when, for some reason, it dried and left a noticible white
residue showing even though it is suppose to dry clear.  Good stuff to have
around......
