I've used sublimation inks that I purchased through Conde. It's been a while but I do remember getting a disk that I used to calibrate my printer with the inks. They aren't like regular inkjet inks so they're not going to print right without setting them up. You may contact the supplier and tell them your problem. They should be able to help. Lou
