[amayausers] I need the real story ;;;PLEASE

I am buying a machine in the next few weeks.  I love the Barudan Elite Pro,
but the price is pretty steep.  The other machines are a lot less expensive.
The Barudan has the 12X20 field.  So the Amaya is our close counterpart.  So
I need to know the good bad and ugly about the Amaya, and please be honest.
Email me privately at plrichard@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx .  I have heard that the
machine is more plastic, and the moving parts are plastic, and may not stand
up to wear.  Also that thread breaks are pretty common.  When I saw the
demo, they had all kinds of problems with commercial designs, and the
outline didn't even stitch correctly.  I think that the machine they were
using had problems.  Also I want to know about support.  Have you needed it,
and were they there in a good timeframe.  I am not trying to bash AMAYA...
not at all.. just want to make sure I am getting what I want.  it is a big
investment.  ALso any of you have more than one interfaced, and what do you
think????  I really appreciate this.... since I have to make this decision
for 3 people, and they are counting on me getting the right machine for them
too......Pat
