Pointless. The machine was designed to do this. You shouldn't have problems in this area due to turning on your machine everyday for many years. However,... You do have options. If you so elect to, you could put the machine into "sleep mode" at the end of the day (hold down the stop button for 5 seconds) and when you "wake up" the machine the next day (hold down the start button for 5 seconds), the needle case won't move at all until you tell it to. Of course, you may also have concerns about leaving the machine and computer on all night long. These are indeed, tough decisions. Good Luck, Ed PS. If you choose to use sleep mode, don't close the Amaya OS software on the computer. =========================================================== The AmayaUsers Mailing List Website: http://www.amayausers.com Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list ===========================================================
