Yes, I am using DS Pro+.  I tried doing it on my own using various values but 
was not satisfied as I could still see the fabric through the satin stitch.  
Should I stitch underlay?  

Here are the values I used for my test sewout:
Column Tab
Stitch Type: Satin with Auto Split on
Density: 4pt
Max. length: 80 pt
Min Stitch length: 15 pt
Short stitch: OFF
Underlay: NONE
