I have always just kept a spray bottle of water handy, and for hoop marks I
just spray and let dry....sometimes I press designs to achieve flatness, and
some fabrics are better not being steamed, I've found, just pressed without the
steam...like broadcloth, as steam seems to make it scrunch up more!
"magic sizing" is spray starch, fyi.
