[amayausers] Help with Melco

I purchased my machine 8/15 and was scheduled for the training this 8/15.  
Now they say that the class has been moved to 8/23 and as that date it past my 
year of free training offer I am out of luck unless I can come earlier in the 
month.  
Does anyone know anyone at Melco that might give me a slight reprieve.  I 
have been a trouble free customer but that doesn't seem to matter.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
