I am sewing a dozen golf shirts using BOFFO DAK. I have it set to trim between
letters and tie in tie off. Several of the letters are raveling at the
bottom....L...P...I...A and I am spending time hand sewing 3 - 4 letters per
shirt and it is playing HAVOC on my confidence that the rest will remain
intact. I love the look of that font but have had troubles with it in the past.
I have limited (no) digitizing experience and have limited access to adjust
files. I have had my AMAYA for 7 months and have always been concerned that
the FONTS do not sew well. I look at all the embroidery OUT THERE ON
SHIRTS....and wonder what machine is creating it. Then I wonder if all the
fonts for sell (those not coming with the start up package) are better than
what we get when we buy the package. I have to give a quote to do 150 golf
shirts with text only. What fonts work well for you? What can I do to prevent
fraying on letters? How do you improve the look of the letters? Desparately
seeking help! Thanks for your help!
