It may be you have excess trims in the file either by design or by
interpretation (meaning the number of jump stitches = trim is set too low). You
can test the second one by going in to the OS, under settings (I'm not sure
which tab) and see what the jumps=trim is set to....change the number to
something slightly higher. If this eliminates your trims, great. If not, I
would try once again to a slightly higher number. If still no success, you may
need to look at the file in DS and eliminate the trims (DS also has an auto
trim setting but look for manual trims first). Good Luck.
