Another thought I just had...sitting at the Amaya getting ready to test something... we've had thread that didn't cut at the end of a letter...machine switches to next needle and moves...the thread (still attached to the design) eventually will break...but not before it has either pulled the material out of place, or kept the hoop from moving a fraction...when it DID break, there was a 'thunk' as the hoop smacked into position or the 'bar' holding it smacked around when the tension let go. Then it starts up the next color, and if the thread broke and left a long enough 'tail' it won't pull out of the needle, you never notice it! Just something else to watch for, and to solve it, go back and put a 'snip' command in that letter or design part. Roland
