I'll give you some settings that work for us.
presser foot all the way up, raised needle plate
speed at 600 to 850 material thickness at 10
the biggest trick is making sure that the cap front
is as pushed down as far as it can get to the
needle plate as it can get.
Flagging can be a big problem.
you also just may have to have some adjustments
made by a tech. Which there are a few of on this list
so I'm sure you'll get a few to chime in on possible
adjustments they would check.
as you'll here from many here,
