[amayausers] Re: Help Me

Alicia,

Using Windows Explorer navigate to the C:\Program Files\Melco Embroidery
Systems\AMAYA\System folder. In this folder there will be a file called
Hoops.mdb. Delete this file, then reinstall AmayaOS.

 Let me know if this does not fix the problem.

no, Amya comes up, loads machines then get the message.  it is edsIV and
once that message comes up it closes our window.  The last thing we did,
just before this started happening, was to try and set up a new hoop size.

now can't run machines
